Position Summary: The Technology, Media, and Communications (TMC) Enterprise Account Manager is a strategic, customer-facing leader responsible for strengthening long-term relationships, driving measurable security outcomes, and expanding platform adoption within an assigned customer portfolio. Directing all elements of the client experience with Trend. Operating in a vertical-focused model, you will develop deep expertise in industry-specific business drivers, regulatory demands, and evolving cyber risk. This role is dedicated exclusively to existing customers—aligning Trend Micro’s platform to their goals, uncovering expansion opportunities, and ensuring successful adoption across their security journey. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Solution Engineers, and Solution Architects to accelerate maturity, maximize value realization, and support strong renewal and expansion performance. Success in this role requires familiarity with vertical security priorities, emerging threats, compliance frameworks, and the ability to lead value-based, consultative engagements.
