This role requires regular customer travel to deliver value and deepen strategic relationships. Position Summary: The Technology, Media, and Communications (TMC) Enterprise Account Manager is a strategic, customer-facing leader responsible for strengthening long-term relationships, driving measurable security outcomes, and expanding platform adoption within an assigned customer portfolio. Directing all elements of the client experience with Trend. Operating in a vertical-focused model, you will develop deep expertise in industry-specific business drivers, regulatory demands, and evolving cyber risk. This role is dedicated exclusively to existing customers—aligning Trend Micro’s platform to their goals, uncovering expansion opportunities, and ensuring successful adoption across their security journey. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Solution Engineers, and Solution Architects to accelerate maturity, maximize value realization, and support strong renewal and expansion performance. Success in this role requires familiarity with vertical security priorities, emerging threats, compliance frameworks, and the ability to lead value-based, consultative engagements. Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise value selling or proven success in Account Management, Client Director, Customer Success, or Solution Consulting roles.
  • A strong track record of revenue attainment and consistent quota achievement.
  • Proven ability to grow existing customer relationships through value and outcome alignment.
  • Experience working with enterprise or strategic customers.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, or AI-driven security solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS recurring revenue models and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC, disciplined forecasting, and resilience under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage complex sales cycles, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes across the TMC vertical.
  • Retain and expand your book of business by prioritizing customer value, platform-centric adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Apply a consultative approach to solving customers’ critical cyber risk and security challenges.
  • Position Trend Micro’s platform solutions—including XDR, EPP/EDR, CNAPP, CREM, Zero Trust, SIEM, and AI Security—based on customer needs and competitive context.
  • Build strategic territory and account plans, set measurable goals, and maintain accurate forecasting with consistency Q/Q and Y/Y.
  • Leverage customer success stories to demonstrate realized value and drive platform growth.
  • Stay current on industry trends, threat intelligence, and product innovations.
  • Travel as needed within the territory and for company events.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of SaaS, cloud, and cybersecurity architectures.
  • Effectively position complex, value-driven solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to support regional go-to-market execution.
  • Maintain exceptional time management skills and operate with independence and discipline.
