About The Position

Salsify is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and driven Enterprise Account Executive to hunt, win, and grow net-new Enterprise accounts within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) space. This role is designed for sellers who thrive in complex new business environments and want to own the full customer lifecycle, from first conversation through long-term partnership and expansion. As an Enterprise Account Executive at Salsify, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing net-new Enterprise CPG brands ($5B+ in annual revenue) and retaining ownership of the accounts you sell. You will act as a trusted advisor to some of the world’s most recognizable brand manufacturers, helping them transform how they manage and optimize their product experience across the digital shelf. This role is ideal for a seller who combines the grit and urgency of a hunter with the strategic mindset of an account owner.

Requirements

  • 5+ years exceeding quota in a closing role
  • SaaS sales experience in Enterprise environments (CPG preferred)
  • Proven net-new logo acquisition in Fortune 100/500/1000 accounts
  • Experience managing complex, multi-year sales cycles
  • Strong solution-selling background
  • Balanced new business and account management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with MEDDIC or similar sales methodology (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, engage, and close net-new Enterprise CPG accounts with $5B+ in annual revenue
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close, onboarding partnership, and ongoing account management
  • Build and execute a strategic account plan for each customer, focused on long-term value, retention, and expansion
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying groups across Marketing, Digital Commerce, IT, Product, and Operations
  • Position Salsify’s Product Experience Management (PXM) platform as a mission-critical solution
  • Evangelize Salsify’s value through compelling storytelling and consultative solution selling
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Product
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting using a disciplined sales process
