About The Position

This role provides an exciting opportunity to drive new business growth in the enterprise eCommerce space, working with some of the largest and most admired brands. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to closing deals and ensuring seamless hand-offs to customer success teams. The position requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Risk teams. You will engage with senior decision-makers, develop compelling value-based solutions, and leverage data to optimize outcomes. This high-impact, client-facing role combines autonomy with teamwork, offering exposure to innovative technology and a dynamic market environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of direct field sales experience, with a proven track record in enterprise business development.
  • Experience selling high-value deals ($200K+ ACV) and managing complex sales cycles with senior leadership and C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability in outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and territory expansion.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a high ownership mindset, comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% for client visits and industry events.

  • Experience in eCommerce, payments, or fraud prevention is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior Enterprise Account Executives to develop and execute territory and account plans that maximize new business opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing, while maintaining strong post-signature relationships with Customer Success and Implementation teams.
  • Serve as a credible subject matter expert, delivering engaging, value-driven interactions with C-suite executives and other decision-makers.
  • Leverage data insights to overcome objections, create customized solutions, and track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Risk Intelligence, and other teams to support complex deals.
  • Attend onsite client meetings, tradeshows, and industry events to strengthen relationships and enhance market presence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce to ensure transparency and alignment with internal stakeholders.
