Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from pipeline generation through close, driving consistent weekly MRR while maintaining strong forecasting accuracy and CRM hygiene.
  • Build and execute structured deal strategies that identify stakeholders, uncover root business challenges, define success criteria, anticipate risks, and move opportunities forward with urgency.
  • Generate and maintain at least $60K in monthly pipeline coverage through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and strategic territory planning.
  • Lead deep, consultative discovery conversations that connect customer pain to measurable ROI, protect long-term retention, and maintain ≤2% 90-day churn.
  • Leverage data, automation, and AI to improve efficiency, test messaging and conversion strategies, and continuously iterate on performance.
  • Elevate the team through preparation, peer coaching, clear communication, and proactive collaboration with leadership and cross-functional partners.
