Beeline is seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new business across the West Coast territory. This region includes some of the most innovative and complex organizations in the world, especially within technology, life sciences, and financial services. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry experience in contingent workforce management, vendor management systems (VMS), or human capital technology, and have a strong track record of independently managing longer sales cycles, closing complex enterprise deals, and navigating technical buyer environments. This position will report to the SVP, Sales - North America. Who You Are You are an accomplished sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment. You understand the extended workforce landscape and can confidently engage with senior procurement, HR, and IT leaders. You're self-directed, collaborative, and capable of operating autonomously while engaging cross-functional support teams to win. You are just as comfortable discussing rate card optimization as you are diving into integrations, compliance, and analytics.
