About The Position

Beeline is seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new business across the West Coast territory. This region includes some of the most innovative and complex organizations in the world, especially within technology, life sciences, and financial services. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry experience in contingent workforce management, vendor management systems (VMS), or human capital technology, and have a strong track record of independently managing longer sales cycles, closing complex enterprise deals, and navigating technical buyer environments. This position will report to the SVP, Sales - North America. Who You Are You are an accomplished sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment. You understand the extended workforce landscape and can confidently engage with senior procurement, HR, and IT leaders. You're self-directed, collaborative, and capable of operating autonomously while engaging cross-functional support teams to win. You are just as comfortable discussing rate card optimization as you are diving into integrations, compliance, and analytics. Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS or services sales experience in VMS, contingent workforce, human capital management, or a closely related space.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex solutions to procurement, HR, and IT stakeholders within Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Proven ability to navigate long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles independently.
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms and the ability to speak credibly to technical audiences—including APIs, integrations, analytics, and data security.
  • Experience engaging with clients in high-tech, finance, or healthcare verticals is preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Technology Knowledge – strong understanding of software and ASP models. Understanding of staffing and/or vendor management is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Sales Experience – 5-10 years’ software/service solution selling experience, with minimum of 3 years’ experience calling on senior executives (Fortune 500 preferred).
  • Consultative Selling Experience – ability to diagnose prospects’ business environments, propose creative, tailored solutions, manage relationships across the enterprise, and negotiate contracts.
  • Solution Representation – effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of Beeline software and Beeline Managed Services with credibility and a command of the business.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills – excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong ability to work with members of the Beeline team including Marketing, Legal, Development, Client Services, Inside Sales, and Sales Support.
  • Business Development- strong business development and lead follow up skills.
  • Critical Thinking Skills – ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Behavioral Skills – self-directed, work well alone or in a team structure, highly results oriented, and willing to learn and expand technical knowledge base through formal education, professional training, and self-study.
  • Software Skills – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS-Exchange email) proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow pipeline in the assigned territory by driving new business opportunities within Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Leverage your industry knowledge to consultatively assess prospects' contingent workforce challenges and position Beeline as the optimal solution.
  • Deliver tailored platform demonstrations, including advanced analytics, SOW management, and services procurement capabilities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead development through RFP, technical evaluation, legal negotiation, and contracting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Solution Engineers, Client Services, and Product to drive value for prospects.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through strategic account planning and execution.
