About The Position

Lakeside HR Group has been engaged by our client to recruit an Enterprise Account Executive to join their team. Our client serves churches and ministry leaders by making their work simpler, more connected, and more effective. They partner closely with churches to remove the burden, by providing an easy-to-adopt, affordable, cloud-based management ecosystem that brings everything together. Everything from financials to pastoral care into one cohesive solution. The result is a true ministry partner relationship that helps churches focus less on systems and more on their mission. As the Enterprise Account Executive, you will develop, manage, and grow relationships with strategically important, enterprise-level ministry partners, including large churches and denominational offices. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets through thoughtful account development, referral networking, and self-generated leads, while serving as a trusted advisor to ministry leaders. The Enterprise Account Executive represents the full suite of solutions, positioning an integrated ecosystem of products and services to meet complex organizational needs and drive long-term partnership growth across the enterprise ministry market.

Requirements

  • BA, BS, or degree equivalent preferred, with 5-7 years of significant sales or related experience.
  • Proven and successful record of on-target sales performance
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to employ self-directed work habits, exhibits initiative, drive, self-assurance and professionalism
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills related to account management and sales generation/promotion.
  • Advanced proficiency in business systems, Google G-Suite and able to quickly learn other software programs
  • SalesForce or other database CRM experience required

Responsibilities

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned ministry partners and prospect accounts.
  • Carries full revenue responsibilities for acquisition, migration, renewal and retention for all our products and services for large church and denominational offices.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, ministry success, marketing and management resources, in order to meet and exceed sales performance objectives and clients’ expectations.
  • Meets assigned sales targets for profitable volume and strategic objectives in the large church market.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs and pains on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer/prospect needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Effectively prioritizes and manages opportunities and activities so that leads are advanced through the sales process to become closed sales.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional groups or societies.
  • Performs other duties not otherwise listed as required by the company.
