Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales experience at a BtoB SaaS company, including at least 2 years of complex Enterprise sales.
  • Proven ability to close 5-6 figure deals and maintain a high performance record.
  • Experience managing an ARR quota of +800K.
  • Highly tech-savvy with a capability to sell to technical stakeholders and an understanding of coding or engineering.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Proven track record in outbound sales development.
  • Fluency in English, native level preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from opportunity detection to drafting compelling offers.
  • Drive and optimize the pipeline of inbound, product-qualified leads for self-hosted Enterprise plans.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in DevOps, engineering, and IT.
  • Proactively develop and improve sales processes, infrastructure, and collateral.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure a seamless flow of customer feedback.
