As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will manage the entire sales cycle with large enterprise organizations, focusing on building long-term relationships that integrate into how companies manage their rewards and incentive programs. Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closing enterprise deals
  • Knowledge of what a complex sale looks like and how to navigate one
  • Motivated by net new business, tracking your own numbers closely, and preferring to build a territory rather than inherit one
  • Leading with curiosity - asking thoughtful questions, listening closely, and earning trust with senior stakeholders before presenting a solution
  • Composure, credibility, and command in executive conversations
  • Self-directed and disciplined -- managing complex accounts, long cycles, and competing priorities without needing someone to chase you
  • Coachable and driven -- seeking feedback, applying it quickly, and continuously working to improve your craft
  • Caring about the customer outcome, not just the close - wanting to help large organizations implement solutions that genuinely move the needle

Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle -- from strategic prospecting and executive discovery through demo, proposal, procurement, and close
  • Build and manage a focused account portfolio through deliberate account planning and outreach to the senior program owners and business leaders who drive enterprise rewards and incentive initiatives
  • Run structured discovery conversations that connect real business challenges to meaningful outcomes -- earning the right to present a solution by deeply understanding the problem first
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with confidence -- managing executive sponsors, procurement teams, legal review, and steering committees within the same sales cycle
  • Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure every new customer starts strong and scales successfully
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline in your CRM -- account plans, deal stages, next steps, and forecasts always current
  • Hit your revenue targets and build the kind of enterprise relationships that grow into long-term, expanding programs
  • Help define Giftogram's enterprise go-to-market playbook -- your experience in the field will directly shape how the company scales upmarket
