About The Position

This role serves as the strategic quarterback for each account, aligning Verse Medical’s solutions to complex hospital needs while unlocking long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Experience selling to healthcare organizations, preferably at the leadership level.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target leadership roles at healthcare organizations as prospective clients while acting as a full-cycle Account Executive, responsible for prospecting leads and managing the entire sales process through to deal closure.
  • Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our healthcare technology solutions to prospective clients.
  • Onboard and manage multiple hospital departments per client as their main point of contact to drive growth and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the healthcare technology sector.
