About The Position

As a Senior Account Executive, you will own revenue and close deals that put Sully into the hands of clinicians who need it. Your #1 job is simple: drive ARR. You’ll run high-velocity sales cycles with healthcare orgs, deliver world-class demos, and constantly improve how we sell — faster, tighter, better.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing experience (B2B sales; healthcare experience is a plus, not required).
  • Proven track record as a top performer (clear evidence: quota, rankings, awards, consistent wins).
  • Elite presentation + persuasion skills — you can explain complex value simply and move decision-makers.
  • You can work smart, long, and hard (not two of the three).
  • You move fast, learn fast, and take extreme ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Own ARR: hit and exceed revenue targets — this is the job.
  • Run demos at scale: deliver product demos to doctors and healthcare organizations with clarity and conviction.
  • High-output execution: ability to execute up to 50 hours of demos per week when needed.
  • Close deals: negotiate contracts, drive urgency, and bring deals to signature.
  • Represent Sully externally: attend industry events and conferences; build pipeline and credibility in-market.
  • Partner internally: work closely with product and engineering to align what we ship with what the market is demanding.
  • Sharpen the machine: innovate constantly on sales process, messaging, objections, enablement, and win rate.
  • Operate like an owner: “Nothing is someone else’s problem.”
