The Enterprise Account Executive is a critical individual contributor role responsible for driving new business opportunities and converting those opportunities into long-term ShipMonk clients. As a frontline sales professional, the Enterprise Account Executive is an expert in our services and solutions, with a strong focus on prospecting, relationship-building, consultative selling, and closing deals. This role is perfect for self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are eager to help eCommerce brands scale through 3PL fulfillment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales, business development, or account executive experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A proven track record of developing leads and closing new business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in navigating CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to think analytically, negotiate service agreements, and adapt to a dynamic environment
  • A collaborative team player with a strong sense of business acumen
  • Passionate, energetic, and driven to exceed goals
  • Willingness to be onsite up to 5 days per week at a ShipMonk fulfillment center
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients in person. Travel may include conducting property tours, hosting client meetings, attending site visits, or supporting other in-person engagements as needed
