We are building a Conversation Intelligence Platform â APIs, workflows, and applications that bring voice understanding to customers at enterprise scale. Weâre looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help bring our voice intelligence solutions to the Fortune 1000 & call centers. This role focuses on building relationships with executives, driving enterprise sales cycles, and helping shape the future of everything from call centers to voice chat in video games. You will play a key role in helping Modulate become a brand name primarily in call-centers. Build and grow Modulateâs pipeline of CCaaS & call center prospects. Become a trusted advisor to executives Close high-impact deals that scale Modulate across the industry Serve as a trusted advisor to companies navigating the new world of AI enabled fraud, impersonation, and theft.
