What You'll Do Reporting to the Head of Sales, North America, you will be responsible for acquiring net-new customers and driving new logo revenue for Mapbox.

Requirements

  • Strong technical sales aptitude demonstrated through a combination of industry experience, size and complexity of deals closed (you’ll be focused on six and seven-figure opportunities), and rapport with engineers and product owners.
  • Strong prospecting skills using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and identification tools to help you source new leads.
  • Ability to navigate complex customer relationships, developing trust and influence with engineers and developers up to C-level leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate across Mapbox teams including engineering, support, and marketing to close business and ensure successful customer launches.
  • Deep curiosity, empathy, and grit — we’re partnering with our customers to solve hard problems, and we win as a team.
  • A level of diligence regarding capture, update & reporting of key data within your territory.

Responsibilities

  • Own a defined territory and target account list, with a primary focus on sourcing, qualifying, and closing net-new business.
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts and build a strong pipeline of new logo opportunities.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles by combining Mapbox’s platform capabilities with deep customer understanding to deliver compelling technical solutions tied to clear business outcomes.
  • Communicate customer needs, objections, and industry trends back to product teams to influence Mapbox’s roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop account strategies that expand Mapbox adoption across key enterprise verticals, contributing to customer success stories that showcase impact.
