About The Position

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing complex enterprise sales cycles with large, strategic accounts. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, deliver tailored solutions, and close deals that maximize value for both the client and the organization. Success in this position requires strong negotiation skills, the ability to sell a sophisticated platform, and the capability to develop trusted relationships at all levels. You will collaborate with internal teams such as Professional Services, Implementation, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure a seamless customer experience. The position offers a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment where initiative, strategic thinking, and results-driven action are highly valued. You will be empowered to pursue opportunities proactively and take ownership of your pipeline, while contributing to long-term account growth and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • 5–8+ years of individual enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology platforms.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving business growth.
  • Expertise in MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM systems and reporting compliance.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
  • Skilled in developing and executing strategic account plans and complex deals.
  • Comfortable managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and quarterback strategic enterprise deals within assigned territory.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and prospects across all organizational levels.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the platform, solutions, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience and secure large enterprise engagements.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to inform proposals, pricing, and sales strategies.
  • Lead contract negotiations and develop compelling business cases for clients.
