About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise and mid-market clients. This role is focused on expanding product adoption, strengthening strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with client priorities and business outcomes, while navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Success in this position is measured by the ability to deepen customer relationships, execute account plans, and contribute to long-term client satisfaction. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and offers a remote-based work environment with some domestic travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field.
  • 6+ years of solution/value selling experience, including 3+ years as a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Proven track record of expanding revenue within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and navigate enterprise environments.
  • Experience with pipeline management tools such as Salesforce.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, serving as the primary commercial point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, aligning solutions to client business outcomes.
  • Manage the full expansion sales cycle within current customers—from discovery and solutioning through negotiation and close.
  • Build and execute account plans mapping stakeholders, product usage, whitespace opportunities, and expansion strategies.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, Operations, and Leadership to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales conversations and deliver compelling presentations aligned with client priorities and ROI.
  • Apply structured enterprise sales methodologies to ensure a systematic and repeatable approach to account growth.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account documentation in accordance with sales reporting standards.
  • Travel up to 25% domestically to maintain key customer relationships and support account growth initiatives.
