We are seeking a qualified Enterprise Account Executive – Existing Accounts to drive growth within our current client base by expanding product adoption and deepening strategic partnerships. This role is focused on managing and growing a portfolio of existing enterprise and mid-market customers through upsell, cross-sell, and long-term account planning. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record of expanding revenue within existing accounts in the fintech or financial services space. This is a remote-based role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related fields
  • 6+ years solution/value selling experience
  • 3+ years working as a top performing Enterprise Account Executive
  • Be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals & objectives through achieving and exceeding individual sales quota YoY
  • Proven success hunting and selling into new logo accounts
  • Self-starter who is invested in the success of the team
  • Experience managing a pipeline in Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, serving as the primary commercial point of contact and trusted advisor to Ocrolus clients
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by identifying client needs, aligning Ocrolus products to business outcomes, and expanding product usage across departments and use cases
  • Manage the full expansion sales cycle within current customers—from discovery and solutioning through negotiation and close
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, Operations, and Leadership to ensure seamless execution, high customer satisfaction, and long-term account growth
  • Build and execute account plans that map stakeholders, current product usage, whitespace opportunities, and expansion strategies
  • Communicate clearly (written and verbal) and maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account documentation in accordance with sales reporting standards
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales conversations, delivering compelling presentations that align Ocrolus solutions to customer priorities and ROI
  • Apply structured enterprise sales methodologies to expansion opportunities, demonstrating a systematic and repeatable approach to account growth
  • Up to 25% of domestic overnight travel is required for this role
