Where do YOU fit in? The Enterprise Account Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our Enterprise Account Management team with day-to-day account management responsibilities, including compliance tasks, documentation support and client communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience equivalent.
  • Self-motivated, energetic team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for channels.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Complete compliance tasks, inclusive of inspection documentation and submission
  • Coordinate and prepare client meeting materials as directed by account managers
  • Assess and aid account managers on client documentation support and required clarifications
  • Communicate within the team about operations activities in order to meet deadlines
  • Partner with the operations team to support enterprise account client expectations
