We are looking for an Enrollment & Success Coordinator who believes education is about more than grades--It's about building confidence and lifelong curiosity. As our center grows in Stone Oak, you won't just be managing a facility—you will be the heart of it. You are the bridge between a child’s current struggle and their future success. You provide the passion, the relationships, and the leadership to turn a new center into a thriving community of learners. This role is designed for a high-achiever who loves the "magic" of education and craves more autonomy and impact than a traditional classroom provides. You enjoy the challenge of building something from the ground up. You find creative ways to generate interest—from partnering with local PTAs to hosting "Student Win" events—without waiting for a corporate manual. You understand that "Social Proof" is the modern word-of-mouth. You’re comfortable filming a quick Instagram Reel of a student’s "A-ha!" moment or sharing helpful study tips on Nextdoor. You thrive on genuine connection. You enjoy being the "go-to" expert for parents at a local coffee shop or school event, building trust through empathy and expertise. You are self-directed and comfortable with the "launch phase" of a business. We value your ability to make decisions, solve problems in real-time, and take full ownership of student enrollment and retention. You find satisfaction in seeing progress. Whether it’s tracking a student’s rising test scores or seeing the enrollment board grow, you use data to celebrate your success and refine your strategy.

Requirements

  • Academic Foundation: University Degree required (Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex learning concepts to parents with clarity and heart.
  • Leadership Trajectory: We value trajectory over tenure. If you have a history of hitting goals—whether in a classroom, a non-profit, or a business—we want to talk to you.
  • Tech Fluency: Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Suite, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Family Advocacy: Lead the "Dynamic Assessment" and consultation process, helping parents understand their child’s learning profile and enrolling them in the right program.
  • Community Outreach: Build "boots-on-the-ground" partnerships with Stone Oak schools, sports teams, and local businesses.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage the daily "rhythm" of the center—including responding to new leads with high speed and care, and maintaining an organized, welcoming environment.
  • Team Leadership: Coach a small team of instructors to ensure the GradePower philosophy is executed with warmth and integrity.
  • Student Success Tracking: Lead monthly "Parent Progress Meetings" to ensure every family sees the value and growth their child is experiencing (targeting a 90% retention rate).
