As an Enrollment Specialist, you'll ensure program access by: Ensuring agency compliance with all applicable performance standards and regulations Tracking program information related to enrollment, recruitment, selection, eligibility, and attendance Compiling, organizing, and distributing information throughout the agency Acting as resource specialist for childcare, Head Start, and Early Head Start questions Conducting friendly, courteous in-person and telephone interviews to gather information Managing data systems and maintaining accurate records Supporting diverse families including low-income and multicultural communities Connecting families with community resources and program opportunities At Reach Dane, we're reimagining early childhood education as a powerful tool for social transformation. Requirements

  • Language: Bilingual Spanish skills required (written and spoken)
  • Experience: Developing and maintaining records within data systems, working with diverse backgrounds including low-income and multicultural families
  • Technical Skills: Data management, information organization and distribution, interview conducting
  • Professional Competencies: Detail-oriented with high accuracy, independent work capabilities, prioritization and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge: Community resources, Head Start program preferred

  • Experience with people with differing abilities desirable
  • Knowledge: Head Start program preferred
