About The Position
Online Trading Academy is hiring a B2C Inside Sales Representative / Enrollment Specialist to work with warm, highly engaged prospects who attend our live and virtual educational events. This is a consultative, relationship-driven inside sales role focused on helping individuals determine whether our financial education programs align with their goals. All leads are provided— no cold calling . If you enjoy structured sales conversations, meaningful client interactions, and representing a well-established brand in financial education, this role offers strong earning potential and long-term growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience (B2C preferred; high-ticket or intangible sales a plus)
- Consultative selling style with strong listening and relationship-building skills
- Comfort discussing personal goals, education, and long-term outcomes
- Coachable, growth-oriented mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Engage warm prospects who attend Trading Academy seminars and orientations
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand goals, experience, and fit
- Recommend appropriate education pathways based on individual needs
- Guide prospects through enrollment using a professional, ethical sales approach
- Track activity and follow-ups in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with instructors and operations teams to support the student experience
