The Role: The Enrollment and Retention Advisor will adhere to and be guided by the High School Equivalency Program's (HEP) grant goals by recruiting eligible migrant and seasonal farmworker students through personal/professional contacts, referrals, printed bilingual materials, radio advertisement and other. The Enrollment and Retention Advisor will also provide specialized advising in career placement, vocational training, and/or postsecondary education to meet grant's recruitment and placement goals.
