Position Summary Concordia University invites applicants to the position of full-time Enrollment Operations Communication Specialist at the CUW Mequon, WI campus! The Communication Specialist plays a key role in the Office of Admissions to drive the development and execution of email marketing and communications plans. This position serves as the primary digital content producer in the office, ensuring content is accurate, compelling to target audiences, and within brand standards. They must exercise strong judgment about content and strategic thinking around timing, design, and execution. They will also demonstrate an analysis-driven approach to strategic and creative recommendations. Reporting to the CRM Director of Enrollment System Operations and Admissions Initiative Manager, this position will work with the Office of Admissions team, administrators, admissions counselors, and other staff to support communication, recruitment, and yield efforts through email marketing and will work with the AVP of Marketing to align messaging and branding in all email campaigns.
