We are looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to join our team on a Hybrid work schedule. Enrollment coordinator In this role, you will:

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent alpha and numeric data entry skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Prior customer service experience and strong customer service skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior administrative, office experience a plus
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Responsibilities

  • Oversee enrollment/disenrollment processes for all clients with all carriers for medical, dental, vision, etc.
  • Input changes/additions in our system for all clients
  • Maintain all databases necessary for proper administration
  • Process full-time student/disabled dependent verifications monthly as insureds are turning 19
  • Process full-time student/disabled dependent mass verifications three times per year in December, May, and August
  • Handle census reporting
  • Perform census audits with medical carriers send HIPAA Privacy letters to all new additions (dental, medical, vision)
  • Serve as an administrative backup
  • Perform other duties as assigned
