About The Position

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Enrollment Coordinator, UNLV University Registrar [R0147888] ROLE of the POSITION The Enrollment Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient enrollment processes for new and continuing students at UNLV, working closely with the Associate University Registrar for Scheduling and Curriculum and other team members. This position is primarily responsible for managing block enrollment for new students, providing general enrollment services, supporting cohort-style academic programs, and overseeing a small team of staff. The Enrollment Coordinator will work collaboratively with academic departments and other university stakeholders/partners to ensure that students are properly enrolled in courses that meet their academic requirements. All positions in Academic Affairs contribute to our core mission: to increase enrollment and promote equitable student success. By addressing systemic obstacles and implementing strategic services, programs, and support, this position will play a part in enhancing student enrollment, retention, successful progression, timely completion, and equitable outcomes, in order to meaningfully contribute to the institution's commitment to expand access, grow enrollment, and promote equitable student success. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)
  • 3 - 5 Years of Related Professional Experience
  • 1 - 3 Years of Supervisory Experience
  • Credentials must be obtained prior to the start date.
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in higher education, especially in a Registrar’s Office or Enrollment Management or Academic Affairs.
