We’re looking for an Enrollment Contact Center Specialist to join our growing internal call center team. This fully remote role sits at the heart of the family experience, where you’ll work alongside a supportive, collaborative team focused on helping families move confidently through the enrollment journey. You’ll handle both outbound and inbound calls with prospective families, guiding them from initial inquiry to scheduled tour, from tour to completed visit, and beyond. You’ll also support post-tour follow-up, registration conversations, and re-engagement campaigns for families who paused or didn’t move forward the first time. This role is performance-based and measured against clear monthly conversion goals, while also placing a strong emphasis on the family experience. Success comes from listening carefully, answering questions clearly, navigating concerns with empathy, and representing our schools with professionalism and care.
