General Summary: The Enrollment Communications Specialist is accountable for managing the fulfillment of custom enrollment communications supporting the business. This position would champion Benefits Communication & Education at point of enrollment through a thorough understanding of case specifics, opportunity assessment, and account customer expectations. A unique blend of proven project management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills are a key for success in this role. This position will work closely with the requesting party, which may be a broker, or home office employee, to devise and implement case specific benefit communications strategies. The Enrollment Communications Specialist is also expected to provide insights and advice based on experience and best practices leading to heightened employee engagement and optimal participation during the enrollment process.
