About The Position

The Enrollment Center Clerk supports district enrollment operations by processing student enrollments and maintaining student records in a timely and accurate manner. Assists families with enrollment-related questions and supports record requests for withdrawn students.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED with college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Ability to meet all district requirements related to physical health and citizenship.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior school-based experience and strong computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Enroll new students in accordance with district and state requirements.
  • Assist parents and guardians with enrollment procedures, including computer-based applications.
  • Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding residency, enrollment requirements, and general district information.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Oklahoma School Laws, State Immunization requirements related to enrollment (age, residency, etc.).
  • Provide courteous, respectful, and customer-focused service to all patrons.
  • Ensure school records are shared with appropriate school or department upon receipt and confidential records are managed appropriately.
  • Ensure record requests across the district are processed and fulfilled with a primary focus on elementary through Middle School.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
