What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities: As our Landscape Foreman, you are the primary authority on our project sites. You won't just be an Installation Supervisor; you'll be a hands-on leader ensuring every project meets our "quality-first" standards. Total Project Ownership: Lead enhancement projects from the first shovel in the ground to the final plant installation. Command the Fleet: Safely operate and train others on skid steers, mini-excavators, trenchers, and other heavy machinery. Master the Crew: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of technicians to hit production goals and safety standards. Technical Execution: Oversee high-end hardscaping (pavers/retaining walls) and softscaping (sod/plant installs) with precision. Safety Leadership: Ensure all job sites remain clean, organized, and 100% compliant with safety protocols. What You Bring To The Team: The Experience: Minimum 3 years of heavy landscape installation experience. You are an expert in sod, plants, and grading. Leadership Grit: Proven success managing a field crew and the ability to solve problems on the fly. Machinery Skills: High proficiency in operating landscape construction equipment. Credentials: A valid NC or SC Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required. Attitude: A "lead by example" mindset—you aren't afraid to get in the trenches with your team. Requirements

  • 3+ years in landscape installation
  • Proven crew management experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Experience with heavy machinery (Skid steer/Mini-excavator)
