As a Landscape Enhancement Specialist, you are the pro behind our property transformations. You will move beyond routine mowing to focus on high-impact installations and technical repairs. Master the Build: Lead and assist in the installation of pavers, retaining walls, and high-end landscape lighting. Technical Expertise: Execute precision irrigation repairs, grading projects, and specialized large-scale plantings. Variety in Action: Manage site transformations where no two days are the same—transitioning from Hardscape Technician duties to softscape installs. Equipment Mastery: Safely operate a variety of construction and landscaping machinery to complete projects on time and to our "quality-first" standard. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years in landscaping or landscape construction. You know your way around a job site!
Ability to lift 35 lbs repetitively and handle the physical demands of outdoor project work.
A valid NC or SC Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required for this role.
You take pride in your craft and work well with a crew to achieve a common goal.
