The Engraver is required to set up and operate, a variety of customer sales and production work orders to produce precision laser marked buttons and bezels of mass totals, with mass varieties of sizes and colors using hand held fixtures. Candidate must also maintain a neat work area, acceptable productivity levels and a consistent and acceptable level of quality. The position requires assertiveness for reporting any quality/workmanship to lead supervisor or manager. The candidate must be comfortable working in a high energy, highly repetitive, production environment

Requirements

  • Must have skills to distinguish, subtle differences in color
  • Must be able to work overtime when warranted
  • Need to be organized and detailed oriented
  • Basic PC skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Handling of own materials per custom order requirements
  • Verify that multiple work orders are ready for a fast and smooth transition.
  • Verifying quality inspection of materials before production runs as well as including color and quantity check, assuring customer satisfaction.
  • Duties including and are not limited to. Quality inspection, small button assembly, packaging and processing of small / large custom sales and production orders.
