Provides high quality English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction and culturally appropriate client-centered services to newly arrived adult refugees from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Able to work in a fast pace environment. Teaches classes throughout the community, to clients' needing to learn to become self-sufficient, visits client homes, leads public transit classes, advocates on behalf of client educational needs, and maintains client case files with thorough documentation.
