Conduct mechanical set-up including installing superchargers on a stand using various fixtures. Operate test equipment using controls software including iTest and National Instruments. Collect test data and familiarity with instrumentation (e.g., thermocouples, flowmeters, pressure transducers). Assist with mechanical teardown and failure analysis of tested assemblies. Assist in prototype assembly and sample builds. Utilize precision tools and equipment, including dial indicators, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines. Provide support across test lab areas as needed. Ensure compliance with EHS, material handling, and quality control processes (e.g., LOTO, inventory management). Drive continuous improvement in quality, performance, cost, and standardization. Minimum High School Diploma/GED equivalent from an accredited institution Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive, mechanical, or industrial background No relocation is available for this position. Candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of Marshall, MI. (Active Duty Military service members are exempt from this geographical limitation)
