About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student co-op to join the Electronics Test Lab team at Rehlko. The candidate will play a key role in developing and supporting a new testing system for our genset controllers. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic engineering environment. This role is located onsite in Sheboygan WI.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
Experience in designing and wiring circuits
Basic programming experience in languages such as C, Python MATLAB/Simulink, PLC programming
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of a new test system for genset controllers, ensuring compliance with company specifications and industry standards
Collaborate with test engineers to design and implement testing procedures
Support the testing of new products and enhancements by diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in hardware, firmware, and software
Develop and maintain documentation for test procedures, including setup instructions and test reports
Participate in the design and build of additional test systems as needed
Conduct data analysis and present test findings to the engineering teams
Assist in maintaining a clean lab environment, including organization of tools and equipment
