Your Role on Our Team : We are looking for an Engineering Technician passionate about product development, quality control and reliability, and being hands-on. A typical Engineering Technician is responsible for supporting test development and execution while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

Requirements

Requires an education equivalent to a technical Associate Degree
Excellent organization & communication skills
E xperience with test equipment, test procedures and methods, technical writing, mechanical/electrical principles
High proficiency of Computer Skills and Microsoft Office products
Knowledge of test concepts in the design and development of products and components.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with product development or design
Experience working with data acquisition and test instrumentation
Experience with technical writing

Responsibilities

Conduct safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
Exercise responsibility for thoroughness, timeliness and accuracy of work performed
Support New Product Development – Quality & Reliability t eams through test execution, documentation , and data analysis
Maintain agility and support multiple requests within designated projects while maintaining priority organization and efficiency
Follow work instructions and test fixture procedures
Prepare efficient test procedures from test specifications
Perform hands-on testing using a variety of electrical and mechanical test equipment and techniques
Prepare reports utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, databases, spreadsheets and statistical / graphical software
Participate in the improvement and development of testing , equipment, and documents
Maintain test procedures and equipment according to departmental procedures
Support the purchase, transfer, and shipping of equipment and materials
Contribute to organizational goals and objectives
