About The Position

Under supervision of the Engineering Lead, the Engineering Technician assists engineers with various duties, such as building prototypes, setting up test equipment, preparing documentation, updating CADD/CAM files, maintaining technical drawings and specifications, and conducting general troubleshooting of systems and equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• CADD/CAM
• 5+ years of experience in Engineering, or related field
• Experience with CADD/CAM systems.
• Technical drawings
• Troubleshooting of systems and equipment.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations related to vehicle maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to work in varied weather conditions on a remote island.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations including after-hours calls.
