About The Position

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and proactively maintain a safe work environment. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform high voltage electrical, high vacuum, and mechanical diagnostics; modify and rebuild modules; and execute preventative maintenance. Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers and scientists to address high-value customer challenges and support new product development. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate logbooks, compile test data, and provide clear, detailed reports to project teams. Testing & Validation: Conduct engineering tests, interpret results, and communicate results in detail. Attention to detail: Work from schematics, diagrams, written procedures, and identify areas for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements and contribute to equipment reliability initiatives. Training: Provides training to lower level Engineering Technicians

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a technical field preferred; high school diploma with 4-7 years of technician experience in a high-tech environment required.
  • 2-3 years in semiconductor equipment maintenance or related field preferred
  • Understanding of electrical circuitry and high-voltage systems
  • Ability to travel when needed to support customer or project needs
  • Safety-first mindset
  • Strong work ethic and hands on approach
  • Positive attitude toward challenges
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and accept feedback

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with vacuum systems and RF plasma technology a plus
