About The Position

Responsible for providing post-sales technical support to customers. Duties include commissioning, installing, testing, modifying, maintaining, upgrading and repairing the organization's products; ensuring the requirements of product maintenance agreements are met; recommending new products or upgrades; and training customers to use and maintain products. Responsibilities: Responsible for product/parts testing, inspection, and process validation to ensure compliance with quality standards AS9100D/ISO9001. Mechanical Inspection using engineering drawings in machine shop environment. Electrical inspection of electrical assemblies and subassemblies in electrical/fiber lab environment. Work within quality control department receiving inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, and shipping inspection. Work with engineering, production, shipping/receiving teams to improve manufacturing processes and commercialize new products. Conduct internal audits of per AS9100D standard. Qualifications: Required: 2 years of experience OR 4 years of experience in assembly, construction, testing, repair, and modification of electrical, electronic machine, or mechanical parts using drawings, specific instructions or standard procedure plus U.S. Military Electronics School. Experience in quality control a plus. Solder training and certification a plus. Skills: Proficiency in dimensional inspection using precision measuring tools in machine shop environment, GD&T a plus, CAD software a plus, experience in lab environment using electrical multimeters, cabling inspection experience a plus. Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality regulations, and root cause analysis techniques a plus. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Requirements

  • 2 years of experience OR 4 years of experience in assembly, construction, testing, repair, and modification of electrical, electronic machine, or mechanical parts using drawings, specific instructions or standard procedure plus U.S. Military Electronics School.
  • Proficiency in dimensional inspection using precision measuring tools in machine shop environment
