About The Position

As an Engineering Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will be a key contributor to our engineering team, providing technical expertise and support to drive the success of our projects. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all engineering requirements are met. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Moca, Puerto Rico location. External hires will begin with 90 days onsite before transitioning to a 3/2 hybrid schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering projects. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problems and ensuring the timely and successful completion of projects. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read, write and speak English

Nice To Haves

Experience in Hardware/Software Configuration Management, Data Management, Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management, Salesforce or related roles
Experience with customer support
Experience in a similar role or industry
Passion for innovation and continuous learning
