What You'll Do Provide leadership and technical direction to ensure process designs conform to sanitary standards and have the capability to produce products that meet customer and business requirements. Managing/Coordination of maintenance efforts and function. Serve as the point person/coordination of plant resources on capital installations and startups and serve as a liaison with the Rockline Global Engineering Team. Lead plant capital budgeting process and participate in the Global process, write capital request justifications, manage capital projects, and provide technical and business analysis as required. Provide technical and organizational leadership for the commercialization of new products, processes and systems introduced at any of the wet wipe manufacturing facilities as required. Provide leadership, vision and coordination to improve key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in the areas of safety, quality, cost, and asset management. Provide leadership and support to ensure that a safe and healthful environment is provided for all employees and compliance to all local, state and federal industry regulations and corporate policies are maintained. Serve as a liaison between facility manufacturing and Rockline Global Engineering to facilitate process improvement and capital projects to meet business objectives. Provide guidance in the development and implementation of financial policies, technical guidelines and internal controls. Provide leadership to ensure the organization attracts, develops and retains the best people and fosters an environment which motivates a diverse team to fully use its capabilities in achieving desired business results. Communicate fully with seniors, subordinates, and others who have the need to know. Communications should be prompt, complete, candid and clear. Demonstrate commitment to Rockline/Iatric’s RRITE Values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence. Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner. Degree in Engineering required(Mechanical or Electrical highly preferred.) Minimum of seven (7) years engineering experience with both manufacturing support and project engineering experience; of this two (2) years experience must be in a managerial role with direct hourly/salaried reports. Experience in sanitary processing preferred; IE: food, liquids, cosmetic or medical. Experience in implementing Lean practices and Six Sigma certification preferred. Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering required(Mechanical or Electrical highly preferred.)
  • Minimum of seven (7) years engineering experience with both manufacturing support and project engineering experience; of this two (2) years experience must be in a managerial role with direct hourly/salaried reports.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting multiple objectives, team building skills, and excellent communication skills are a must.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sanitary processing preferred; IE: food, liquids, cosmetic or medical.
  • Experience in implementing Lean practices and Six Sigma certification preferred.
