Core Job Responsibilities Assists the Project Manager in achieving project deadlines and milestones Communicates and collaborates with the entire project team to facilitate project goals and initiatives Identifies procurement needs and mitigates risks such as lead times and part availability Creates new part numbers and symbols for use in designs and maintains the Bill of Materials (BOM) for products in NI’s PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Responsible for project logistics and maintaining accuracy and timeliness of manufacturing jobs Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure that deliverables are completed on time Follows-up and thoroughly tracks results of all assigned tasks
