This technical role requires deep mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience working with cooking and refrigeration equipment such as fryers, grills, ice machines, coolers, and freezers. The ideal candidate will operate with minimal supervision, using expert diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to ensure equipment reliability, compliance, and guest satisfaction. Who You Are: A technically proficient professional with strong mechanical and electrical repair skills and proven experience in servicing kitchen and refrigeration systems. A proactive problem-solver who can accurately diagnose issues and apply practical, effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. A service-minded team player who communicates professionally and courteously with guests, colleagues, and management. A safety-conscious technician who adheres to all regulatory standards, hotel procedures, and best practices in equipment handling.
