About The Position
We are part of media development organization at Seagate. You will be working in a team environment interacting with a range of team members from technicians, senior engineers and management. You will also have the opportunity to share your knowledge and learn from others on the team. Seagate believes this is critical to the growth of our employees, as well as our Company. About the role - you will: * Sustaining engineering in disk backend and testing process in a R&D pilot line environment. * Work with engineers to conduct engineering experiments. * Process and test data collection and analysis. * Monitor real time data from process tools and the take corrective actions for out-of-control situations. * Work independently and with engineers to troubleshoot and provide a solution. * Solving engineering problems and support Pilot Line operation.
