Engineering Services Manager
About The Position
• Manage on site engineering resources related to services such as laboratory, RMAS, airworthiness and configuration management. Develop engineering standards and tools, contribute to homogenize the processes across 3 different design offices to assure a high level of service's performance. Be accountable for the Knowledge Management process at all stages of our product life cycle. Is responsible for the engineering tools such as CAD, PLM, CFD, or customized tools. Identify, create or update procedures/instructions with the help of extended engineering team. Contribute to the skills strategy definition and its deployment. Local Engineering Director Representative Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage engineering services allocation, sizing and skills based on needs and priorities Technical review and approval of engineering report coming from his/her teams Definition and update of local engineering department budget in coordination with engineering director and local management. Measure department performance through indicators and implement improvement plans in accordance with targets Built and deploy the improvement plan established in coordination with engineering management board.
