The Collins Engineering Services Solutions organization is seeking a Lab Manager who is motivated and driven to lead their labs located in Fullerton, CA. The manager will be responsible for the compliance performance of classified and non-classified labs. You will work collaboratively with engineering, property, programs, and safety to ensure all labs are meeting customer requirements. This role requires a proven lab leader with an ability to build relationships, and drive results.

Requirements

5 years of experience working within engineering lab environments
Experience with Quality processes and AS9100/ISO 9001 audits
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Active and transferable SECRET clearance is required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience in an engineering lab management organization
Asset Management Systems experience (Aramis and SAP)
Working knowledge of Raytheon Command Media and lab run rules, polices, and procedures
