Responsibilities
- Manage on site engineering resources related to services such as laboratory, RMAS, airworthiness and configuration management
- Develop engineering standards and tools
- Accountable for the knowledge management process at all stages of product life cycle
- Responsible for the engineering tools such as CAD, PLM, CFD, or customized tools
- Identify, create or update procedures/instructions with the help of extended engineering team
- Contribute to the skills strategy definition and its deployment
- Manage engineering services allocation, sizing and skills based on needs and priorities
- Technical review and approval of engineering report
- Measure department performance through indicators and implement improvement plans in accordance with targets
