About The Position

Duties and Responsibilities
Evaluates operational data to detect patterns and recommend optimizations.
Assists in preparing engineering drawings, layouts, and technical
specifications for new projects.
Analyzes project and operational expenditures to suggest more cost-effective
engineering solutions.
Performs calculations related to load, flow rates, material strength, and
other technical parameters.
Assesses design drawings and provides recommendations to ensure compliance
with project goals.
Helps develop asset lifecycle plans for aging infrastructure and optimize
replacement schedules.
Leverages engineering software and data analytics tools for better
decision-making.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Typically requires 5 years of related experience.
• Engineering Design - A series of steps that engineers follow to find a solution to a problem.
• Troubleshooting
• Data Analysis - Measuring and managing organization data, identifying methodological best practices and conducting statistical analyses.
• Equipment Maintenance & Repair
• Engineering Blueprint/Schematics Interpretation
• Root Cause Analysis - The process of discovering the root causes of problems in order to identify appropriate solutions.
• Regulatory Compliance - Ensuring an organization's adherence to laws, regulations, guidelines and specifications relevant to its business processes.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management - The systematic approach to maintain health and safety at occupation and protect the environment.
• Project/Program Management - The process of leading the work of a team to achieve goals and meet success criteria at a specified time.
• Asset Management - A systematic process of developing, operating, maintaining, upgrading, and disposing of assets in the most cost-effective manner (including all costs, risks and performance attributes).
