About The Position
Job Title: Engineering Project Manager Location: Bay Area, CA Salary Range: $100,000 to 130,000/Annual & for Vendors: $70-74/hr CTC Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record in Agile methodologies and SDLC. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle following SDLC and Agile frameworks. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and timely execution. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles. Communicate effectively with stakeholders through verbal and written updates. Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure project goals are met within scope and budget. Gather and analyze information to support decision-making and project planning.
