DESCRIPTION

APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Lead and deliver large,
sophisticated, and strategically significant multi-functional initiatives. Work
in close collaboration with Business to gain full knowledge of requirements to
identify and design scalable solutions. Facilitate discussions with other parts
of Business to identify alignments eg: across Business Orgs or regions. Lead
project activities from mobilization through execution and delivery including
resourcing, risk and issue management, presentations to steering group/ team
members. Support level of effort and prioritizing, including careful management
of change requests. Apply creative thinking and problem-solving skills to
produce impactful and innovative design. Participate in engagement with senior
leadership to support key decisions. Understand IS&T's strategic priorities and
participate in conceptualization and execution. Work with other IS&T groups,
Partners and Business teams to successfully complete assessments and
Proof-of-Concepts 9PoCs) to influence Apple partners and clients to adopt the
proposed solutions, articulating the rationale. Follow standard IS&T
methodologies and processes and help drive adoption of them throughout the
organization. Participate in execution of the SAP Landscape Modernization to
transition to next-gen tools, including S/4 Hana, EWM. 40 hours/week.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer and Information Technology, Technical Management, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Contributing and leading cross-functional projects or tracks from initiation to delivery
• Implementing complete solutions for a global mid-size corporation integrating ERP solutions to external partners
• Managing distributed organizations dealing with resources from different time zones.
• Aligning project priorities and individual priorities across shared services to align with project goals.
• Utilizing one of the following SAP Functional areas: MM/PP, S/4 Hana, WM/EWM, LE.
• Utilizing SAP S/4 HANA, SAP EWM to activate relevant business processes, define the required system landscape and make configuration, identify gaps and design improvements/customization opportunities
• Applying project management skills to execute project implementation through all phases of the project from mobilization, requirements gathering, development, testing, cutover and warranty support.
• Utilizing knowledge of SAP application and supporting tools for business processes related to logistics execution
