About The Position

This role is for a Senior Engineering Program Manager who can partner with
stakeholder and engineering teams to deliver innovative features that shape the
future of Apple Podcasts. We're seeking a hands-on EPM who thrives in ambiguity
and drives complex, customer-facing products to launch under tight timelines.
You'll be deeply involved in requirements analysis, technical design, testing,
and cross-functional collaboration—owning outcomes, not just tasks. You have: •

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical program management experience delivering software products from inception to launch
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects across the full software development lifecycle
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply in architectural and design discussions
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
• BA/BS in technical field or equivalent industry experience.
