Job Description: Engineering Program Manager Location (Hybrid 3 days a week): Sunnyvale, CA We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Program Manager with a strong track record of delivering high-value, high-quality hardware platforms and products. This individual is passionate about positively influencing the work environment across team dynamics, physical workspace, and operational processes and naturally steps into a leadership role rather than following direction. The ideal candidate is energetic, articulate, and thrives on collaborating with top-tier engineering and management talent. This role will drive organizational success by leading complex hardware and platform programs, improving processes, establishing measurable outcomes, and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders. A proactive problem solver, this person is energized by driving change, simplifying workflows, and introducing efficient, scalable processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Extensive experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrix teams and resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
  • Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of complex hardware programs
  • Design and implement processes to improve organizational efficiency and scalability
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and issues
  • Provide regular program updates and status reports to Business Unit leadership
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
